Cody Ryan Greaney was raised on the front of a 16' bass boat. Since he was old enough to put on a PDF, life jacket, he held a spot on the family fishing boat. Soon board with child friendly reels and baits he progressed at a young age to the bait caster and graphite rod.
Saturdays, holidays and even some school days kept him fishing with his father and in any body of water that might hold fish, and many that never did. "I remember craw fishing in front of my granny's house with a string and a piece of bacon. I would sit there for hours just trying to lift one up far enough to drop it in the bucket. I get that same exciting feeling today when I am trying to land a fish. They still drop off on occasion and that I guess may never change, but I live for the bite."
Now at 24 Cody Ryan, as he is know on the circuit, is fishing for pay. When he is not managing housing projects for Main Street Homes in and around the Austin, Texas area he is fishing for bass. "When I got out of college I went straight to work and I started fishing small open tournaments. Now I am fishing two tournament trails and I spend most of my time on the water."
Cody Ryan's background in radio, media and promotions makes him the perfect choice when it comes to sponsorships and speaking engagements. If you would like to know more about this new and exciting young angler contact him personally at 512-576-2200 or Codygreaney@yahoo.com
